This week has been Restaurant Week in DC. I've been lucky enough to have several opportunities to go to wonderful restaurants with fabulous friends & family. Today I had lunch at Art & Soul on Capitol Hill with 2 friends. Lunch is great to do during Restaurant Week....it's cheaper! I won't be eating out for a while now.
